WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver PT treatment plans under supervising PT direction - therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities

• Track and communicate patient progress to the supervising PT and adjust care accordingly

• Educate patients and families on home programs and self-care strategies

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards

• Collaborate with the PT team to provide coordinated, high-quality orthopedic care

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active California PTA License (required)

• BLS and CPR Certification (required)

• Strong ortho fundamentals - outpatient experience preferred but not required

• Someone who communicates proactively, works well in a team, and takes ownership of their patients

• New grads with solid clinical foundations are warmly encouraged to apply

• $63,000-$75,000/yr + sign-on bonus for candidates ready to start soon
